iPrintCup.com specializes in customized products

As a result, all sales are final. As a client, you will receive an invoice and a pre-production digital proof to review before production begins. Once you provide verbal or written approval of the artwork proofs and make full payment, your order will be scheduled and space will be reserved in our production queue.

Order Cancellation Policy

Once you approve the artwork proofs, you are responsible for the total amount due for the order, including setup costs and applicable shipping charges. Once the artwork proofs are approved, no cancellations or refunds are allowed since the order is already in the production process. However, if you wish to cancel your order before approving the proofs, a $200 cancellation fee will apply.

Shipping Responsibility

For orders with delivery addresses in US, the client is responsible for handling all shipping elements. If you believe there is an error in the manufacturing of your goods, please contact us directly at info@iprintcup.com within 48 hours of receiving the goods, providing a written email with a picture of the error. We will do our best to resolve the situation.

Printing Errors

If, by rare chance, there is an error in the printing of your goods (since we require written approval of all proofs before printing), the goods must be returned before a reprint is done. Our office will provide return labels free of charge, and the product will be re-manufactured and shipped back according to your prior approved specifications. In some cases, if you choose to keep the misprinted goods and use them, we may offer a discount on future orders.

Production Completion Dates

Please note that all advised production completion dates are our best estimate at the time of the order.

Legal Agreement

This agreement is made in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, and any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be brought in the Harris County, Texas courts.
